The expedition was formed in 2010 to carry out work on the identification of deposits of radioactive elements on the entire territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. The work is being carried out in the fields and uranium Honako Paridan from the state budget. During the Soviet period of work with radioactive elements were carried out by enterprises and union level in the republic was involved Krasnokholmskaya expedition, based in Tashkent.

It was founded in 2009. The objective of this expedition is to carry out exploration work (a complex of geological work, calculation of reserves and production stocks on the government balance sheet) gems of raw materials throughout the Republic of Tajikistan. Works are carried out mainly at the expense of the state budget. Currently expedition is carrying out work in Hissar, Roshtqala and Murghab districts.
